- The license must be valid at the time of submitting the request.
- The request must be submitted by the facility owner or an authorized legal representative.
- The facility must have no outstanding violations or financial obligations.
- The status of all healthcare professionals linked to the facility must be settled in the system.
- The facility must be physically closed prior to executing the cancellation.

- Log in to the Sharjah Health Authority system using the facility's account.
- Select the “Request to Cancel Healthcare Facility License” service from the list of services.
- Fill out the electronic application form and specify the reason for cancellation.
- Attach the required documents.
- The request will be reviewed by the Health Regulation Department.
- The cancellation decision will be issued electronically.
